The 2nd edition of the Iasi International Arrhythmia Forum (IAF) will take place in Iasi, Romania, between March 31 and April 4, 2021. This conference was originally scheduled for the period immediately following the 2021 EHRA Congress. By changing the date of the 2021 EHRA Congress, In the context of the COVID pandemic, our event will precede the European event, which is an additional challenge for the organizers.
The IAF is designed to further the training of electrophysiologists in Romania and the larger region of Eastern and Central Europe. The programme is designed to cover all essential areas of electrophysiology from simple to complex. In addition, this year, there will be two special sessions included: Inherited Arrhythmias and Cardiomyopathies and On the beaten path: Conduction system pacingAn important number of international lecturers responded to the invitation to join us, but given the restrictions generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be organized in webinar format using the ZOOM platform. Details on how to connect and operate the event will be communicated by the organizers in the vicinity of the event.
